Managing Director

A distinguished expert in Environmental & Climate Change Engineering. Prof Nehru Kumar has contributed extensively to carbon capture technology, wastewater treatment, and solid waste management in India and USA. His expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), ESG reporting, and Carbon Capture R&D makes him a key player in developing low-carbon technologies.

Dr. Saif Al Shaqsi

CEO & Director

A pioneer in water resources engineering and sustainability, Dr. Saif has decades of experience in water resource management, sustainability reporting, and environmental policy development in Oman. As the former Director-General of Water Resources of Sultanate of Oman and the present Chairman of Oman Water Society, his leadership has been instrumental in national and regional sustainability efforts.

Sriniwasa Prabhu

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

With a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, he specializes in air quality modeling, climate change research, and biomedical waste management. He leads eGreen Compliance Consultants and operates two Common Biomedical Waste Management Facilities in India, contributing to sustainable waste management solutions.

Tasnim Al Shaqsi

Office Manager (Engineering)

A civil engineer with expertise in environmental engineering, she leads MGI’s engineering operations in Muscat, Oman, and coordinates international projects. Her specialization includes heavy metal contamination assessment, water remediation, and land reclamation projects.
